[Resolved] Redbus — redbus cheating the customers | |||
Hello, After very long time i started booking bus tickets from redbus portal... It's my mistake again booking tickets from ur site... Still bus didn't came as per schedule 9.25pm.. Bus operator saying it will come 10.15 to 10.30 pm this has to be informed to the customer as earliest (Stupid services will not bother about passengers) By verifying all the buses departure timings, only i have booked vkavery bus as it will go early departure time at 7.30am (If this is not correct pls don't mention) I don't know why you people are supporting these stupid services and cheeting customers Connecting to connect customer person Tomorrow i need go kakinada atleast around 8.30 am What to do now... My redbus cancelled ticket no. TN4Y46896199 but till date tikcket amount has not refund to my account my mobile no. is [protected] & mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. requested to take necessary action at an early date to back my refund amount.
