Hello Redbus, I tried to book a ticket from Delhi to Amritsar on[protected], but the ticket could not be booked and my money got deducted from my ICICI bank account. I got message from redbus that my money will be refunded within 5-7 working days. But still after 7 days, I have not received my money. Failed Transaction Details : Delhi-Amritsar Journey Date : 05 May 2018 Prince Travels No Booking - Payment Done Booking ID :[protected] Can you please let me know, when I will get my refund amount ?
