I initially booked bus in redbus hire and our tour plan was cancelled and i wanted to cancel my booking. I tried calling[protected] but there was no response. And i have sent email to [protected]@redbus.in, bushire. [protected]@redbus.in and persom who helpme for booking praveen. [protected]@redbus.com. And, i was waiting for refund but i'm getting email and message saying i traveled and asking me to rate the experience. Please update on my refund.
