[Resolved] Redbus — redbus not ready to refund even operator cancelled the service. | |||||
Redbus conformed the cancelation from the bus operator. But not ready to refund. I have booked the tickets from your listed operator, but that operator cancelled the bus, so that i requested for refund for last two weeks but i don’t have proper response from your side every time they asking the same story and telling the bus operator not responding properly, so please wait for one more day. I booked the tickets from red bus website only not that particular operator. If they not responding means why you are blame and waiting for refund. I have spoke lot of your customer support persons. They also not giving proper reply. They simply told we can’t do anything. Then y u are booking via redbus? Was this information helpful? | |||||
