[Resolved] Redbus — redbus - tried to book ticket, amount debited, ticket not booked - amount not received even after 1 month | |||
I tried to book a ticket in redbus on jan 20th. The amount was debited but ticket not booked, then again booked via diff. Payment. I waited for 5 days for the amount to return, but didn't receive it. So i contacted redbus and they asked me to wait for 7 working days. Waited - but amount not received. When contacted again, they said they didn't receive the amount itself and asked me to contact my bank. Bank contacted and they told their side the transaction was successful, so i again contacted redbus and they asked me to send my full bank transaction from jan 20th (Mmm... Looking suspicious) yet i sent them and again they were telling they didn't receive the amount at all and asked my to contact my bank (Ooofff).. Raised a dispute in my bank and after verification they confirmed that the amount received redbus. Again escalated the issue to redbus and they have given the reference number alone, but no answer yet even after 3 days. I don't know whether i will get my amount back or not.
