Good evening I wish to register a complaint against my last journey from puducherry to bengaluru. The details of the journey are mentioned below. Redbus mticket Route: pondicherry to bangalore Ticket no: tnb[protected] Pnr: ts[protected]gevr/41881/pondy to banglore (R) Travels: balaji cabs Departure: 10:30 pm nov 1, 2019 Seat numbers: 7uw, 8u, 09uw Total fare paid: rs.2205.0 Boarding point: pondicherry balaji cabs office Landmark: sabthagiri hotel opposite Address: new bus stand / balaji cabs, maraimalai adigal salai Boarding point contact: [protected] [protected] Balaji cabs customer The bus met with an accident on nh44 at 3am. Further on, we were asked to find our own transportation and left stranded in the middle of the road. Redbus nor balaji cabs arranged other services. I kindly request you to refund the entire ticket money as we didn’t even complete the journey. I did try contacting your helpline number but i’m not getting any responses. I understand that the bus break down during your journey would have caused an inconvenience to you, and I am truly sorry. Your feedback regarding this experience has been duly noted and communicated to the bus operator. We’ll work harder to educate bus operators on providing hassle-free, quality service in the future. As discussed on-call, as compensation for the inconvenience caused to you, we are refunding 50% of your ticket amount. Your refund has been initiated from our end on 28th January 2020 to the mode of payment used by you for this transaction.
