[Resolved] Redbus — refund amount not credited

I had booked a bus from bangalore to coimbatore, trip scheduled on october 25. Scheduled departuretime:23:45 Ticket number:tnas45518952 Pnr number: ts[protected]gyyu/20149/bangalore - coimbatore Travels :jts tours and travels The bus was cancelled by the bus operator and i received a mail regarding the refund split up. The total refund amount was rs.749.99. Out of which, redbus wallet amount of rs.38 has been refunded to my redbus wallet. Whereas, the remaining amount of rs.711.99 is not yet refunded to my account. Nov 05, 2019 Updated by swathipriya_g Have already written email to redbus support.The reference mail id is "11443427 ".Did not get any response from redbus upon the complaint. Also raised request in redbus app regarding no response to email.The request id is "11446704".Did not get any reply to that as well. That is definitely not the customer experience we wanted to deliver. On checking we see that refund of Rs 711.99 has been successfully credited to source account on 14th Nov 2019.
