[Resolved] Redbus — refund amount not received for cancellation of tickets | |
I booked my bus tickets by redbus on 24/11/2019 (Ticket number:tncm[protected] from thamarassery to bengaluru on 26/11/2019 and cancelled it on 26/11/2019. And also at the same day i booked another ticket (Ticket number:tncm[protected] thamarassery to bengaluru on 26/11/2019 and cancelled it on 24/11/2019. But my problem is still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i return that amount within 5 days. Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. And i have called them several times no one is picking my call. Upon checking we found that for the ticket id: TNCM31179760, the refund of Rs. 720/- was initiated on 24th November 2019. Kindly request you to check with your bank with the ARN[protected]. For the ticket id: TNCM81000207, the refund of rs.1200/- was initiated on 26th November 2019. Kinldy request you to check with your bank with the ARN[protected].
