[Resolved] Redbus — refund amount not transferred | |||||
Hi, i am mohammed owais khan, i had booked bus tickets from banglore to hyderabad on 1/5/2019 from redbus app. Due to some issues i could not travel and cancelled the tickets on the same day and requested for the refund amount i. E. 3500/- rupees. The redbus customer care executive said that the refund amount would be transfered into the source of payment within 7 days but it's been almost 25 days but i didnt get my refund amount my ticket no. I have booked 2 red bus booking dtd 24/04/2019 my transaction id [protected] total amt of rs.942.24 from mobile no [protected] from rajkot to ahmedabad amt dr in my sbi account payment gateway may not have completed till to day i have not received refund in my sbu account.Please do needful .

I have booked ticket for business trip. Suddenly the plan is postponed so I request them to cancel the ticket on the same day. The said I won't do refund and cancellation and all. total money was wasted.
