I have cancelled my tickets and still my money is not refunded to my credit card. When i kept calling customer care they are least bothered and kept saying it can't b refunded to credit card. Where should i escalate this to get my refund amount of 2688. I request the customer care to respond properly. And rebus s going worse nowadays.
