Myself theertharaja b e i did transaction from my account while booking bus ticket from bengaluru to shimoga so the money had been deducted from my account but the ticket didnt generate. So i did transaction on 10 th jan 2018 still i didnt get my back. I did transction through tez app. I contacted the redbus no use please help me get my money back. I want to know the status of it.
