Sir Reference : transaction id [protected] With reference to above i had booked my ticket to bengaluru through your weight and i received an sms from my bank saying that the amount of rs.682.50 had been deducted from my account but i did not get any ticket details from bus operator, and immediately again i have received message from red bus saying that my transaction was failed and refund of the amount is processed, would get within 5 to 7 working days. I tried to book Volvo bus. Amount was deducted from my account but ticket was not booked. I didn't got seat no. Or anything. It has been more than 15 days I didn't get my refund back.
