[Resolved] Redbus — Refund | |||
My bus was cancelled on 22 march'20 due to covid-19 lockdown and have requested for refund to my bank account they denied to do it and transfered to abhi us wallet to which i have clearly intimated to transfer to bank account, they asked me to share the upi id screenshot so that they can initiate the transfer to respective upi id and the tat which was promised me was 48 hours now its been morethan 9 days after sharing the upi id to [protected]@abhibus.com and the cancellation which happened passed 2 months still now there is no response and refund. I have been trying everyday speaking to customer care which they were really irresponsible. Pathetic service and irresponsible customer care. Was this information helpful? | |||
