[Resolved] Redbus — refund due to lock down in bihar | |||
Dear concerned authority, As you know that government has locked down many districts and don't allow running of intetstate bus. I booked my ticket from red bus for patna ranchi in pammi travels. The travel date was 23 march but due to restrictions, pammi travels cancelled it's trip. When i called the bus authority, they said bus has already cancelled and red bus will return my money. The refund for your ticket has been initiated from our end on 23rd March to the mode of payment used by you for this transaction. If you have used the Net Banking/Credit/Debit Card for your booking, the amount should reflect in your account within 5 - 7 business days.
