Sir i want to register a complaint regarding my bus travel (Redbus.in). I booked a ticket with redbus for 7th auguest (Bangalore to chennai) for volvo ac sleeper for which i was charged rs1354. On the date of journey the bus operator called me he said service has cancelled because of karunanedhi passsed away. Still i didnt get refund almost 1 month was completed.
