[Resolved] Redbus — refund issue | |||
I had booked a bus from noida to gorakhpur and tha bus operator name was amar travel and he cancelled the bus on that date and my journey date was 1st june. I receive the msg Your refund request of rs 1740.00 against proposal no: [protected] received from ibibo group private limited has been processed on your card, and will reflect in your account within 10 working days. But till now the money has not been reflected in my account. One month is going to be end but my amount is still pending. Plz try to resolve my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
