[Resolved] Redbus — refund issue | |||
Sir, I want to tell that i have booked my ticket on 7/03/2020 from radhika travel via red bus. My journey was from jaipur to lucknow. But i have cancelled my ticket on 8/03/2020 around 10:00 am by the bus operator because you have mentioned that cancellation policy is only in hand of bus operator and he cancelled my ticket on 8/03/2020 and he said that he has refunded my money to red bus but according to you i have travelled so you have not given any refund to me till now. So sir please solve my issue because i am student and this money is to big for me and kindly take the appropriate action. I have attached my cancelled ticket by the radhika travel. Thank you.
