[Resolved] Redbus — refund not credited for unbooked ticket | |
I tried book a ticket from Mumbai to Dharwad on 24th Oct 2019 for journey on 26th Oct. Though money got deducted from my account, ticket was not booked. When I had called customer care, it was told that money would get credited within 7-10 working days. But it has not been credited yet. Please find attached image of successful payment receipt.
