[Resolved] Redbus — refund not given | |
Ticket no: tmdp22069780 Pnr no: ts[protected]pkok/ored346395/thanjavur to hyderabad (H16) was cancelled by the bus operator due to vehicle breakdown. I received confirmation on 7th jan'19 that refund would be credited to my account within 2 days. Till now there is no refund. This is not correct. It is hard earned money of passengers. If there is no refund then i will approach consumer court for grievance. Was this information helpful? | |

On checking we see that refund of Rs 1092 for ticket id TMDP22069780 was initiated back to source from our end on 22nd February 2019. It should have been credited back in your account.
