[Resolved] Redbus — refund not provided | |||
We booked the ticket through redbus with the ticket # tm5j29841224 on 20th apr'18. The bus driver refused us to pick up from the boarding point since we had delayed due to heavy traffic, Also the driver agreed to pick up us in the next two station but again he refused. We as the family suffered a lot both in financially and the physically so need the refund for the not utilized the service (I have attached snip shot of red bus mails). Regards Kasiraja. Upon checking, the bus operator inform that bus was on time and waiting at the boarding point for 15 minutes and other passenger were picked up from the same boarding point so we won't be bale to process refund.
