[Resolved] Redbus — refund not received

I have cancelled my red bus ticket on 3rd nov-18, till i not yet get refund amount from red bus. Regarding this i have send mail & contact red bus customer care also. No use worst service.. As per red bus statement refund will be paid with in 72 hours. But now 312 hours gone.. Not satisfied with red bus services.

I have attached cancellation confirmation mail from red bus
