[Resolved] Redbus — refund not received | |||
I booked 5 tickets through redbus app on 10 august 2019 for travelling on 21 august 2019. But due to certain reasons i cancelled the tickets. Its been 6 months i didnot receive my refund till now. When i tried calling customer support they told me that refund was initiated but it never got reflected in my bank account.
