Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked Ticket from Buldhana to Pune by Red Bus. but Bus operator has cancelled the bus. I raised complaint on 1st Oct 2022 but till date my refund not processed by Red Bus. Every time they give me technical reason. Yesterday they said we have given refund but it's not reflected in my account. I have give them my bank statement & confirmed with bank as well for my refund amount but refund yet not credited to my account My details : Ticket no. Nov 15, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved I Have raised complaints on consumer complaints platform on 18/10/2022 against Red Bus regarding refund not received I took up follow up with Red Bus customer also when I raised complaint against Red bus online after two weeks I got the call from Red Bus that we will initiate your refund kindly give us your bank details for NEFT they mail me on my registered mail ID for account details "[email protected]" i shared my bank details for NEFT to mentioned email ID & got my refund amount on 14/10/2022. I would like to thanks Consumer Complaints Team. Red Bus customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
