[Resolved] Redbus — refund of cancelation | |
I have made a booking on 16th feb, 2019 from rajkot to surat, boarding at 1:00 a. M. From rajkot, but somehow bus operate told me that your booking is made on 16th feb, same day but at 10:00 p. M. I have received a ticket of timing which is actually 1:00. A. M., which i have selected. Then redbus customer support has told me that 50 % refund will be provided immediately after cancelation and remaining 50% after checking of technical error., but it is now almost 25 days after canceling tickets, but they haven't issued refund yet. Every time i called him they are saying that it will be resolved in next 48 hours, but this next 48 hours doesn't comes till now. Amount refunded is 1118 Amount remaining is 1142 Was this information helpful? | |
