Redbus — refund of traveller cancelling the bus

On 26.6.19 have confirmed tickets from red bus to travel from dharwad to mumbai through telsang travels but travel company has stated that it has cancelled bus and over phone they told that amount is refunded to red bus. But till date no amount credited in to my account. The details are as below:
