[Resolved] Redbus — refund payment not received | |||||
I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 01 may 2018 (Ticket number (Tin): tm5x14587510 from delhi to dharamshala for dated 04 may 2018 that tckt amount was 970/- rs. And cancelled it on 02 may 2018. My booking trip id for this ticket is[protected] But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 to 7 business days. (Reference id: [protected]) Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible. Verified Support May 16, 2018 Red Bus Customer Care's response Hi Navjeet, Greetings from redBus !!! On checking we see that refund of Rs 821 has been successfully credited back to payment source on May 2nd 2018.
