[Resolved] Redbus — refund still incomplete for cancelled tickets | |
My cancelled ticket numbers are mentioned below. I need refund for same. Tn[protected], for this ticket refund was supposed to happen for inr 1267/- Tn[protected], for this ticket refund was supposed to happen for inr 665/- I have booked tickets in july month from bangalore. Verified Support Oct 15, 2019 Red Bus Customer Care's response Hi Manoj, Greetings from redBus! We regret the inconvenience caused. On checking we see that refunds for both the tickets have been successfully credited back to source account. Refund for ticket id TN[protected] was initiated on July 8th 2019 and refund for ticket id TN[protected] was initiated on July 5th 2019. In case you have not received the refunds kindly contact relevant bank with below mentioned bank ARN for further assistance.
