[Resolved] Redbus — refund the amount

I tried to book the ticket on 10th November from Sankeshwar to Bangalore. But it didn't book but amount(4200) has been deducted from the account. Transaction ID :[protected]
Then again my husband booked the ticket on the same day. Seats are :L14, L15.
Ticket number :TMC[protected]
I am requesting you to please initiate the refund amount.
