I (Meghana venkata) booked a ticket through red bus from mumbai to hyderabad on 14/sep/2018, at 07:30 pm at last movement the bus was cancelled due to bus breakdown and said me they will refund my money back, they have not even arranged another bus to me. It is has been almost 3 days but still they didnot respond. I request you to refund my journey pay rs.1260 as soon as possible. Travels name : jabbar travels, scania ac multi axle semi sleeper (2+2).
