I have booked red bus from chandigarh to delhi on 17/05/2019. Redbus travel agency has given mobile no. Of driver which was not reachable. I waited for 1 hour in bus stand at night. When i called redbus travel agency, they were like it’s not possible as such i am telling lie. Highly unethical, unprofessional attitude of red bus and no care for passengers. I called for refundment of my money. The persons from red bus called me and asked to get refund by giving them my debit card number.
I denied for debit card number and insisted to take my account number instead and they denied for that and denied for refund if not given debit card number. Reason they gave that they can only transfer to debit card not to account
