[Resolved]  Redbus — regarding extra charge of tickets and delay

I booked ticket from patna to delhi (Tn7z[protected] on the name of mayank kumar and was charged rupees 3360 for the sleeper seat in amar travels bus whose scheduled departure was 5:00 pm, 4th july 2019, but later they sent a message of 2 hours of delay in the departure but actually the bus departed at 9:00 pm. Apart from the delay in departure it broke down at lucknow-agra expressway for almost 4 hours and the driver kept arguing when asked about the refund and food arrangement to the passengers. The amar travels bus (1100) pnr[protected] was scheduled to reach delhi by 10:45 am on 5th of july 2019, but reached delhi after 24 hours that is 9:00 pm on 5th of july when i called for complain they told call to amar travels and the same thing happened their also. Apart from that they are sendin messages at 12:45 pm on 5th of july that hope you enjoyed your journey. First they told there is gps tracker but there was no gps tracker even the agency red bus was unaware of its service and co-partner. Is this the way to treat customers as the bus broke down and got delayed so i had to bear loss. Redbus helpline:[protected] t&c apply
