My name is heera lal i booked hotel in satna m. P. Hotel name hotel shivam. Room wash room very dirty cable is not working. My room number is 107. I not get good service or and compliant this regarding issue. Booking i'd number htlb2bvthn6ue. Name heeralal. Voucher i'd t[protected]. My contact number is [protected]. Second thing your executive call me why you not call me same day when you check in. So, first i already informed to hotel staff to clean the wash room so hotel staff say to me saff hi toh. Cable is also not work. Toilet is not clean, in toilet very bad smell is coming. Red bus hotel not helping me. I wan. T refund. I have attached a pic. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I just seated above back wheel of the bus with my friend with seat number 17 and 18...That place was too hot seems like wheel must be contact with bus body .
I was afraid and my journey was terrible
