[Resolved]  Redbus — regarding money refund

Hi, please take a steps to resolve my issue. One month crosed still i didnt receive my money. I booked a ticket on oct14th, from paramakudi to chennai. Because of network problem, money would deducted twice a time. I contact redbus team more than 2weeks still no one respond. Please find the below details and help to resolve my query.
