[Resolved] Redbus — regarding refund | |||
Dear Team, My registered mobile number is 70******74. I had booked bus from mysore to kottayam, journey date 15th august. But I got a message from bus operator stating below, "PNR K5940427 Tripcode 1730MSETVM From MSE To KTM on 15/08/2018 cancelled. Regret for the inconvenience. Please cancel ticket for refund." Also I had booked return ticket from the number 74******95, place: kottayam to Mysore, journey date 16th august . But I got the bus cancellation message from bus operator as mentioned below, "PNR K5940589 Tripcode 1900TVMMSE From KTM To MSE on 16/08/2018 cancelled. Regret for the inconvenience. Please cancel ticket for refund." When I checked with customer care of redbus, they suggested me not to cancel ticket, and will be getting a revert mail. will initiate refund from our end only. Suggested me to wait till another 48hrs, and end of the day.. Iam getting the same answer from more than a week.. But till now, i haven't got any mail or refund.
