[Resolved] Redbus — regarding refund | |||
I had booked two tickets from new delhi to gorakhpur in a volvo multi axle on 9th of october 2019 and i got a confirmed ticket and its fare was 4274/- but soon 10 minutes after my ticket was confirmed and payment was done i got a message that my ticket got cancelled so i called the bus operator to confirm who told me that the bus is cancelled. After two days on 11th of october i checked my refund status which said that the refund is initiated. And today is 11th of november 2019 which is a 1 month period and i haven't got my refund which is depressing and frustrating at the same time. So i want my refund back as soon as possible.
