[Resolved]  Redbus — regarding ticket refund of bus cancellation

Ticket amount: 4600 (Approx)

Spoke 5 times with executives of red bus call center and every time they said we will send the status and refund, it is in process. These executives always asked us to give feedback on their services. But now the 10 days gone, i didn't get single mail from red bus about my ticket refund.
