[Resolved] Redbus — Reimburse my ticket amount | |||
I booked 2 tickets from delhi to jaipur, but after booking no address was showing from where where the pick up would be done (Bus stop). It was showing only delhi, but their are many bus stations in delhi from where jaipur buses are taken.. When i called redbus helpline they told me bus will start from bikaner house. But when i moved to destination point which was bikaner house, i got to know their is no bus starting from their as such only luxury buses are available but i got a ordinary ticket. So i missed that bus because of bad helpline info. from redbus.in Please waive my money 542rs. Was this information helpful? | |||
