[Resolved] Redbus — Rs.1421 deducted but ticket did not book. | |||||
Hi All I am Dipashri Mahajan, I was trying to book ticket from Hyderbad to Pune. with Redbus.in while booking money got deducted but ticket didn't book. Below details have been received from Bank. This is with reference to the direct pay transaction done on[protected] for Rs.1421 vide Merchant ref no.[protected]/PAYUIBIBOWEBPVTLTD As confirmed with the biller this payment is updated Successfully at the billers end. I have informed this issue to the redbus customer care and i have been told that payment has not been reached to the Redbus. Kindly refund the amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have booked a ticket to combitore but at the time of transaction ticket not yet booked but money from my debit card is dectucted and after that refund will be in 7 working days
