[Resolved] Redbus — Rude, worst support and horrible experience. | |||||
The bus was delayed by 4 hrs. I travelled from Bangalore to Madurai on Feb 6th on SRS travels. Bus started from Bangalore with one hour delay. Since the bus did not reach Madurai on time, i had to get down in Dindugul and travel to some other place(i was supposed to travel from Madurai to this place if bus has reached on time). On top of this delay, I contacted red bus for registering the complaint. No real support from Redbus team. They wanted to close the case with no compensation at all and the ticket was closed. KALYANI - supervisor in Pune call centre was rude and spoke to me in a worst manner. Worst experience overall and i guess i will stick to ABHIBUS going forward!! My self Vijay kumar.I booked Redbus from bangalore to tirupur.Tried t book three times, cost deducted around Rs.1650 from my acc.Ticket not received and I talked 10 times they told refunding in your acc.Not refund my money.Below attached my ministatement.You send me the refunding screenshot I will taking action
