[Resolved] Redbus — service issue | |||
Dear team, i have booked ticket via redbus from delhi to nainital and then back. But unfortunately the bus started from other location which is 8 kms away from the boarding point without any prior intimation. I was traveling with my parents who are senior citizens. I had to pay 200 rs extra for reaching that point. Secondly, the bus started at 12:00 am instead of 9:30 pm. On the return trip, i didn’t got a seat for 38kms from nainital as the bus was filled by other passengers by the driver. My parents were given the last seats of the bus. Moreover, when i asked the driver about this condition he advised me to book the seats directly from the counter otherwise there will be such kind of issues. When i called the bus operator they gave me lame excuse that my mobile was switched off. But i reached the spot well in time b4 the reporting time. Was this information helpful? | |||
