[Resolved] Redbus — Ticket booked from redbus but operator not accepted | |||||
I was booked a ticket to travel on 28th aug from kadapa to hyderabad 10 days before. On that day when I go to the travels they told me that we don't have any information for this. After talking with redbus customer care they told me that please go by alternate transportation. As that is a weekend I spent more than 1000/-. Original ticket cost I booked for 500/- . I am asking for 1000/- refund because that was the mistake done by redbus. but they are not responding for that. Was this information helpful? | |||||
