Hi, i booked ticket one ticket from maski to bangalore (Travel 03 november 2018) in kukkeshree travels non ac sleeper bus via tez app... Ticket cost was rs 650 while booking, i got message saying that money is debited from account, but ticket not generated... While payment ongoing, i got popup saying that error occurred, money is gone from the account... On checking tez, i see that money is paid to redbus and payment was successful... Verified Support Nov 09, 2018 Red Bus Customer Care's response Dear Manjunath, Greetings from redBus ! Transaction id:[protected] We truly regret the inconvenience caused. Kindly accept our sincere apologies for the hassle. On checking we see that transaction had failed and ticket was not generated. However the payment was credited in our account. Hence we've initiated refund process. Amount will be credited back to payment source in 7 bank working days as per standard banking procedure. I Have cancelled my bus tickets and the refunded money is added to my wallet.
