Redbus — ticket booking error

I've booked 3 tickets from guntur to Hyderabad on 18th January, 2020 at 11:05 PM and I got confirmation through text message. I was all set to board the bus and waiting at my designated stop. Time was passing by and I'm not getting my bus to board. I asked the Orange travels guys at the office about my bus and he replied that the Bus I supposed to board has been departed on 17th January 2020 at 11:05 PM. I was freaked out and double checked my confirmation and called the Red bus customer service. It was the worst helpline I ever had and took me almost 1:30 minutes to get the service. I provided my details to the helpline guy and he too confirmed that my booking is on 18th January, 2020 at 11:05 PM as per their records. He told me to wait for 30 more minutes to get my bus since it was running late. I was really helpless and waiting at the bus stop with my mom and sister at Midnight. I waited another hour and didn't get any phone calls from Red bus or Orange travels. I'm seriously pissed off with the service and tried all the night to enquire about my booking but it didn't let me contact the customer service people. I paid 3780 INR for the bus and 1000 INR to reach the bus stop. I tried to cancel my trip to get the refund since I didn't travel due to this crappy service, It didn't let me go through because I'm not eligible to cancel my tickets. Please help me
