[Resolved]  Redbus — ticket booking failure (4 sep. 2017). refund not received.

Hi,

I tried booking on 4 sept. 2017. Transaction failed twice. First time received the refund in redbus wallet but 2nd time haven't received the refund. Raised many complaints to redbus through phone[protected], email but not getting a proper response & closed the complaint.

Hi,

I have been notified by RedBus Customer care on September 22nd, 2017 that refund of Rs 605/- has been initiated to my redbus wallet and it will take 48 Hrs to reflect in my redbus wallet.

It's been more than 48 Hrs, still I haven't received the amount in my redbus wallet. Screenshot has been attached for ready reference.

RedBus - Could you please help me with the status?

Checked the RedBus wallet again still status remains same as that of September 26th, 2017.
