[Resolved] Redbus — ticket cancellation amount not received | |||
I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 24 february 2019 (Ticket number (Tin): tn3s13515527 from namakkal to bangalore for dated 24 february 2019 that tckt amount was 1, 834/- rs. And cancelled it on 23 february. But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days (For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail). I am pleased to inform you that the refund for amount Rs 1474.39/-has been processed on 23rd February 2019 and the ARN number for the same is “74332749055905436719249”. The amount will be refunded within 7 working days from the date processed. We request you to get in touch with the bank with the ARN number shared.
