[Resolved] Redbus — ticket cancellation money is not refunded, (we didn't cancel the tickets the bus got cancelled)

We booked the ticket from chennai to kodaikanal on aug 16, 2018 in shri baghyalakshmi travels (Sblt) and that day, they cancelled the bus and still now they didnt refund the money. We have called many of their employees and met the person in the sblt bus office also. Whenever we called, there is no more response from them. Ticket number: tm9b83333360
