[Resolved] Redbus — ticket cancellation mount is not refund.

I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 25 august 2018 (Ticket number (Tin): tm9p11842562 from ongole to bangalore for dated 13 september 2018 that tckt amount refund was 659/- rs. And cancelled it on 25 august.

But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days (For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).

Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and today date was 18 october but not receive refund money. I request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible.

On checking we see that refund of Rs 659 has been successfully credited back to payment source on 25th August 2018. In case amount is not reflecting in your account, kindly contact relevant bank with ARN"[protected]". Bank will assist you further with refund details.
