[Resolved] Redbus — Ticket produce for the same date as a fault. | |||||
I am abilash. I booked a ticket on 25th of april for the date 1st of may from thrissur to bangalore. But i confirmation as i tool ticket for the date 25th april. At the same moment i cancel the ticket. But they are not refunding. Its applications fault while checking point date get reset. How come a normal customer make note of that. They are totally fake. When i put a complaint they respond as it is fixed. How can they fix without making a single call to us and ask about details of complaint.
