[Resolved] Redbus — ticket was not booked but money is debited | |||||
Iam s v d sai kishore, i booked bus ticket from banglore to vijayawada twice on 8th December & 15th December. In both cases my money is deducted from my bank account but ticket is not booked.. i got a message from redbus that the amounts Rs 644 and Rs 902 will be credited to your account within 2-7 working days.Till now no money is credited to my bank account. I am unable to contact to redbus customer care. so please resolve this issue and credit my amount 644+902=1546 to my account. Thanking you. Was this information helpful? | |||||
