[Resolved] Redbus — too much delayed | |||||
We supposed to travel from mysore to ooty at 12:30 pm. We called the driver at 12:40 pm, he told that we are 80 km away from your boarding point, so you have to wait for 2 hours more. That means the bus was 2 hours 10 minutes late. Then we tried to cancel the booking but it was not possible as the cancellation was not possible after boarding time. Moreover we called customer care who assured us of 100% refund. Inspite of all these flaws, we got the message of "hopefully enjoyed journey" on whatsapp. It simply means the customer care executive had not registered our complaint. We request you to refund our 100% amount as the fault was from your end otherwise we will be heading towards legal department. This is the email i have forwarded at their registered email id but still i didnot get any response Was this information helpful? | |||||
